Called Air Comfort Solutions at the beginning of summer as my AC unit had a freeze up. They walked me through some steps I could take to get the unit running again over the phone, no charge to me at all. A few months later AC unit wouldn’t power on. Called again and received even more tips that I could look at myself to see if they alleviated the problem. Again, all of this was just them trying to be helpful…didn’t even try to set up a service call yet. My unit eventually called it quits as it was an older unit to begin with. Air Comfort Solutions (ACS) replaced three HVAC systems at my house in Allen, Texas. The owner & his well-trained staff were profession, prompt, and ACS offered quality products (Trane) at a reasonable price. I definitely plan to use them in the future.
