Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Rooms were clean and sanitized. Plenty of parking. There is a single shower available in the bathroom if you like to shower after, I believe soap, shampoo and conditioner are provided. I didn't get a change to use the shower, but it was available. The into price was great value. I purchased the 3 pack to get started as it was a better deal vs just the one session. So excited I found this place and I can't wait to go back for my next sweat session.

So relaxing! I love getting 30 mins peace and quiet while doing something beneficial to my health. The staff there are always so friendly and accommodating. Facilities are kept very clean.

Amazing service! My wife and I became members here recently and the girls who work behind the desk are amazing! They are so happy every time we come in and are always informative about what they offer. I do recommend booking an appointment before coming in just to play it safe with all the COVID policies and the cleaning procedures. Also your body is going to thank you afterwards! Just giving ya a heads up!
