It is my first time visiting Memphis and I happened upon the Welcome Center while walking around. I asked Tracy and Eloy from the night crew on their advice on interesting things to see and they went above and beyond in sharing ask then sites and how to get there. They even braved the 96° heat to help me take photos! Thank you to Tracy and Eloy for being so friendly and truly making me feel welcome in Memphis!

Great experience!! I received TONS of valuable information from Eloy and Vivian. Eloy even assisted us with our group photos. Beautiful establishment, the grounds are very well kept.

The lady we spoke with was able to give us lots of local insider tips and tricks to find free public parking and places that were ADA friendly to visit. We absolutely loved the visit to Memphis and happily were able to make use of her advice.
