Val is amazing! He is very knowledgeable about body mechanics and how muscle groups work together. I always feel relaxed and rejuvenated when leaving. I highly recommend the lavender lemongrass oil blend!

Front is misleading, it's rather welcoming and cozy inside. Professional enough setup for the services with a charming touch. Val was nice and worked very hard to treat my pains. He used an array of techniques and talked to me about what he was doing and suggested ways to treat at home. I would recommend and will hopefully return. There is only street parking, but I bought a coffee from the shop next door and parked there.
