Overall good service, line was much longer than expected, but the service rep was very friendly and kept me updated. Only thing that was confusing to me is why it took over 1.5 hours where Valvoline only take around 15 minutes. Also so not impressed with the follow on text from a different service rep, telling me my glove compartment is not covered since I did not buy the vehicle at their location, which does not make sense since it's a brand new car (maybe 6-7 months only) and shouldn't big Honda cover it?
My experience was excellent, mainly because of the nicest employee ever! Randy made my repair easy and very informative. He took the time and effort that you do not receive anywhere else. I appreciate that!!!
Cory was helpful in getting me checked in and handled for my Oil Change. He also updated me on recommendations and let me know when I was able to pick up my vehicle. He walked me out to the car, asked if I had any other questions and if everything seemed good to my liking, and I went about my way. Great service!
