Medina Funeral Home did a phenomenal job. They catered to what we really wanted as a family and W.E. has communicated so well. I didn't even know this Aftercare service existed, and it has been helpful in getting some things off my list. We've used Medina several times in the past and it's nice to know we have a funeral home we can trust and go to when there's a need. Not to mention the least expensive in and around our area!
Kaylee was so nice and compassionate with us. We were not rushed or hurried. She gave us the information we needed to make our decisions. The funeral home is very pretty. I would recommend Medina Funeral home to anyone. Maddy in the after care program is very knowledgeable and helpful. She is a nice and compassionate person. She took her time and explained things and made suggestions.
Where do I begin these people were so nice. Compassionate and caring. From the pets to the staff simply talking me through the process. Mr.DJ is a fair and honest yet funny man Ms.kayla is a gem she helped me throughout the process and help kept me calm These services are very affordable and the staff went out of their way to accommodate me and my family
