Spent $25 on a wash today and my car looks terrible. Didn’t realize how bad it was until I drove back home, because it was still wet when I was vacuuming my car. Before you enter the bay they scrub your car down a little. Looks like that’s the only part that actually got clean. You can see all the brush mark in the dirt that was left behind. I live 25ish minutes from the wash so I really don’t want to drive back down there if they aren’t going to do anything about it. I’ve tried calling numerous times and no one answers. Super disappointed :(

Pretty decent car wash. Nothing special. Gets your car washed and the grime off of it. Still nothing beats a good ole fashion hand wash. But in a crimp, this place gets it done. Price tiers are fine,but you are definitely better off purchasing the monthly plans as the just visiting every now and then gets pricey.

Final straw with this company…. So at first it started with this Lewisburg location closing anywhere from 10-25 mins early on certain occasions. Ok I get it once in a blue moon, but when it is numerous times it gets aggravating. So last night 11/28/22 I get off from work and decide hey let’s go run by the car wash as it is on my way home. I go through the wash then pull in to vacuum the vehicle real fast. I literally only got the back seat behind the driver side when all of a sudden “ vacuum is shut off!” So I proceeded to the office to ask the employees why the vacuum shut off and the man tells me we close at 6:00pm. I said “so you couldn’t have let me finish vacuuming the man says”we close at 6:00 sorry” Mind you they already had the cones up so no one else is able to enter. I will be now canceling this membership because of bad customer service. If I pay for a service I expect to receive my service fully.

I am VERY VERY disappointed . Ive used carwash that you need to do everything, im ok with that but there is no towels to clean your car or windex etc. I will never return. There is no sign that i saw that said no towels,no windex etcVery disappointed
