I used Troy to buy my first house and was so happy with the results that I recommended my parents to use him too. He was professional and personable. Troy is very professional of the home inspection service and helped us understand what we are getting ourselves into prior to closing on the home. He addressed some issues and I honestly have no clue how to deal with the problems, but Troy walked us through what the issue is and how to repair.He is very thorough to check everything, and if there are things he cannot check/access because of the weather or temperature, he will let you know.The response time is fantastic.
