Brow Spa is located in Governor's Square mall near Ross, Victoria's Secret, and B&BW and on the wing of Kay Jewelers, Auntie Anne's, GNC, Game Stop, Asian Massage, and Nail Trix. I was shopping for a last minute event and noticed in a mall mirror...I had bushy eyebrows. Oh no!!!! It was an emergency but thankfully they take walk-ins. I was immediately greeted with a smile and directed to an open chair for a eyebrow threading clean up. They do offer eyebrow tint and other skin care services. I was finished in less than 10 minutes and back to shopping. I was pleased with the service and will return. A week later my eyebrows still look good.

I have been coming to Brow Spa for eyebrow threading since 2016. I had always had waxing done with unsatisfactory results, so wanted to give threading a chance.Rozina is the best! She listens to what I want, and always does an excellent job! I won’t have my brows done by anyone else. I also get the tinting done when I come in.

Service was good brow service; however, given 3 stars...because individual working shop does not wash hands nor did she use hand sanitizer between servicing clients, (very unsanitary) nor did she clean her hands after handling cash/credit transactions. Also, she wore a mask for the most part, underneath her chin with nose and mouth exposed. Periodically she would pull up to cover her mouth. This is very unprofessional since covid concerns are still an issue PLUS THEY require masks be worn upon entering the business.
