If you have played or eaten here in the last 5 years you know how bad it has been. NEW OWNERSHIP IS AWESOME. They have spent tons of money and effort turning Baneberry around. Totally new experience and any real golfer would be missing out if you didn't come check this place out!

My husband and I played a round of golf and spent the night at the Inn. Chase told us when we made our reservation that the greens were not in great shape. We are high handicap players and enjoyed the course in spite of the greens! The scenery was nice and there were some challenging holes. Our room at the Inn was very comfortable. There was a microwave oven, refrigerator, coffee pot, toaster, and stove top in the spacious room. The exterior of the building could use a little TLC but inside was clean! Thank you to Chase for an overall wonderful experience. We will be back!

Located right on Douglas lake, Got to play 18 holes the and took my son fishing off the dock, which was only less then a football fields distance away from the villa, I Got lucky and one of the guys let me borrow the golf cart for the rest of the day so we didn't even have to walk! The restaurant wasn't half bad as well. I booked my villa through airbnb.
