Service and products always 10/10, but disappointed that there wasn't birthday gifts... I always visit on my birthday month to buy me a nice gift on my birthday month and got also a small gift from Sephora, but not today. ?
I visited this store again today. And I am satisfied with the work of sales consultants! When I came in, they immediately offered me help! Very nice girl, if I'm not wrong her name is Djedna, I could be wrong, sorry if I made a mistake in the name! She has short blonde hair, she was very nice to help me choose a face care. I have dry skin and the care option she suggested suited me. the skin feels tender after those products! Thanks for her work! Another pleasant moment was when she gave me a trial version of facial care, it's very nice, I will definitely come back!
Yesterday i went to sephora. Shina helped me to buy stuff I needed. She went above and beyond in her customer service. She is so helpful,kind, professional and efficient . I love her so much ❤️ my only reason to visit Sephora is going to be her. She raise the standard of customer service to a different level. Shina you are the best? keep up the good work
