Elite Auto and Glass saved us! We were caught on a hailstorm that shattered our windshield while driving through South Dakota. We contacted Elite and he not only had our type of windshield in stock but offered to stay late to replace it after hours on a Friday night. Service was fast, friendly and we were back on our way. When looking for a company that treats you like a person, instead of just another payment this is the place to go. He worked with me on payments. He was friendly. And it was up front about time frame. I got a new front windshield Kama did not have to pay for the windshield Until it came in to make sure it wasn't cracked or broken.I will be going to him for any of my car window needs from now on.

We had some vandalism - a smashed windshield - happen while we were at a hotel in town. Our insurance go to is Safelite but they do not work on Sundays! We started calling around and realized most places are closed on Sundays. (Not good when you need to get on the road!) Only Nick and one other provider contacted us. The other provider could not help until Monday. Nick was professional and a good communicator. He under promised and over delivered! So appreciate his help in fixing our windshield so we could get to our destination. I highly recommend him and his workmanship.
