As I read these reviews, most align with my experiences we had. They were very responsive out the gate considering how much money they were going to profit but once I got my check and subbed out the bulk of the work, no return calls or texts. It was so bad that I could call from my personal number and get an answer but when I called from an unknown number, Jay Tuten picked up immediately. Still to this day, there is still service I paid for but not completed. I wouldn't recommend this company to fix a doghouse. No stars from me but I wish I could drop a rotten egg on them to signify their work. Stay away from those mustard looking trucks. Never again.
I can’t imagine handling the challenges we faced with our home—two separate claims—without Jay Tuten and his team. From Jay himself to his staff and the subcontractors they work with, they guided us through the entire process with professionalism and care. They completely redid our downstairs flooring and are now repairing a shower upstairs that leaked and damaged the ceiling below.

This company came into tear out 2 bathrooms due to a leak and 1 wall of a downstairs kitchen. They have taken 6 months and have had to come back in 7 times to try and fix continuing problems that they failed to do. What was supposed to be a one wall of the kitchen turned into a complete gut job due to non care and neglect.
They have lied to me over and over again. The owners will not answer your calls and they think they can just do whatever they want and get away with it.
Whatever you do DO NOT LET THEM COME INTO YOUR HOME BECAUSE THEY WILL DESTROY IT!!!!!
