I've been a long time customer of American Air Heating and Cooling and use their preventive maintenance programs for seasonal checks, as well as having them replace a full HVAC unit and repairs as needed. Service is always prompt, technicians knowledgeable and professional. I recently had a thermostat act up and eventually go out on me (during our heat dome) and called in for service. I received a quick response and want to give a Hats off to Dave for being diligent and determined to get me back up and running. Recommend this company and especially asking for Dave on service. He has kept our systems running great and more importantly trust him. They recently replaced a heat pump and so far are very happy.
I can’t thank Chad at American Air Heating & Cooling enough for going out of his way to help us out. We needed a part and even though it was a weekend and a holiday weekend at that, he still met my husband and got us the part we needed. We are so grateful as it was a very hot weekend!
