Had Zero Rez Come out and clean our carpets and they did an exceptional job! Our service tech Romeo was polite, professional, and efficient. He did all 4 bedrooms in an hour! Our six-year-old carpets look almost brand new again, which was definitely needed! Highly recommend them to anyone who needs a good carpet cleaning!

Richard did a phenomenal job! I’m hopeful the hard work and knowledge translates into lasting improvements for the carpets cleaned! They look brand new currently! He explained additional recommendations which I didn’t see as options when I initially booked the service but was glad he offered that- knowing it would likely be beneficial necessary to extract from the padding not just the carpet. I will add after pictures of the room later- but at least providing before/after of stairs. I had the room/stairs completed, the odor treatment, fiber protectant (scotch guard), extractor for a few spots. It ended up being about $100 more than the quote due to the extractor- but overall- if it lasts- worth it until we are ready to sell and just decide to replace it.

Love Zerorex because you guys are a cleaner, greener, business but, this time I noticed that the carpet was a bit wetter than it usually is. I have had you guys out a couple of times and really liked that it dryed quick and looked so much cleaner than I have ever had. It did not feel as wet as other carpet cleaning business's do, and that was impressive to me. This time it was different. It was not nearly as dry as it normally is. I felt like I was walking on soaking wet carpet. Tracked wet footprints throughout the house. Took us forever to get it to dry, even after running fans in the rooms. Much better by morning though.....
