I have been going here for awhile now always have good haircuts from James,Damion, and Marcus even the new Girl does a good job by judging by her clients that she has but this new guy Terrance has no business in this shop its like you have to go with an instruction book for him to cut ya hair he didn't even know how to line up a beard I had to tell him to stop out of 20 some years never had i have to get out of one chair to go directly to the next barber to line me up correctly this barbershop is for upscale barbers not for rookies at all. I truly believe that he just paid for someone to give him his barber license

Great shop. Barbers are nice,, courteous, and will make you laugh while getting you together and looking straight. The shop has plenty of room for me to maneuver in my power chair while waiting and while I'm getting my cut.

The barber's at Platinum cuts made me feel right at home despite being 700 miles away from Jersey. Damion, gave me one the best skin fade/beard shape up I've ever had, no doubt I'll be back, best barber shop in South Charlotte/S.C.
