    I started here a lil over a year ago. The first two times with the stylist Mary she did a awesome job even after sharing my previous hair disasters. The 3rd time she did my hair the outcome was great. My roots were orange. She had no problem bringing me back to fix it. Which fried my hair bleaching it again the very next day but I understood that as I had a prior engagement and needed it fixed. I didn’t get the root tap that time bc I was afraid the darker color would pull more orange so she did it to the root as far as she could. I called yo schedule another appointment 6 mos later as I wasn’t upset with Mary. She had been great and I wanted to give her another try. She didn’t feel as confident doing it so she referred me to Nicole. I ended up with a full color as I was told I didn’t have enough growth to do a bayalage. The top still had some warmth and Nicole was great she offered to bring me back and fix it complimentary. And I was fine with that. I got a call that night from the salon owner informing me that it would not be complimentary. That it had taken Nicole 5 hrs to do my hair and they treat that as corrective color. Wait a min I’m confused bc nothing was wrong with my hair I only wanted my new growth bayalaged. But I got a full color with warmth in the top instead. Owner said she had to charge me $150 an hr. When this lady sat right in front of my face while I was getting my hair done and stated how dark my hair was. I feel like at that time I should of been told what their policies were. It’s not my fault that my hair did not bleach all over the 1st time. And I’ve always shared with the hair stylist my blonde journey. You’d think that they would tell ppl that if your hair doesn’t take the 1st time they’ll still be a charge to correct it. What happened to good customer service and the good salons to where they fix unhappy customers hair. Your stylist told me she could deliver but now you telling me she can’t fix it at no charge? I paid $300 to get it done. I’d avoid this place as all the owner cares about is money and not the happiness of her customers. I’ve been a loyal one even after my last session that came out not so great. And I was ok with it. I didn’t blame anyone the stylist Mary made it right. As she should of. I called back and left a message for owner to call me and she never did. I won’t be returning and I’ll be sure to put the word out about the greedy owner.Services: Balayage

    Love Clines! Aveda always leaves my hair feeling so healthy. I love my color from Janet! She is great with blonde hair.

    Mary was simply amazing! I'm very specific about how I want my hair done. Mary cut & designed it exactly as I wanted. I won't be going anywhere else.

    I get my hair cut at Cline’s all the time because they are professional, good quality, and great value for the work. Even returning to Columbia after two years, this is still my go to place to cut my hair. April and Tammy are both excellent. Thanks!Service: Haircut

    After almost 3 years of living in Columbia and absolutely hating every hair cut that I received here, I finally found my stylist!! April was incredible and gave me the best haircut I’ve had in years. The style is stunning. She did an amazing job and is such a sweet person, I really enjoyed speaking with her as well. 10 out of 5 stars!Services: Hairstyling

    I wasn't sure what the post-covid haircut experience would be like, but Cline's did a great job limiting the number of people inside the salon and ensuring everyone was wearing their mask. I feel like I just lost the weight of a year thanks to my haircut from Mary who made conversation easy and checked that my mask wasn't hiding any stray long hairs.
