Went in to see about getting some information on packages . Both managers Denise and Zach we there . Awesome personality the atmosphere was friendly salon look nice and clean great knowledge of products and what was the perfect fit for me ! I will be coming back to both Ashley River and West Ashley UltraTan!!

Was nervous to go here because of all the 1 star reviews, but it was so close and convenient I decided to give it a try. I have no idea what the other reviews are talking about. The girl at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The beds have been very clean each time I have been. I would highly recommend!!

Super knowledgeable staff really friendly and patient. I had a million questions which were answered well and the manager, Kelly was really great in helping me make the just right selection of a dizzying amount of available product. Place is kept immaculate, (so many places I've tried through years have some odd smell). I've been back a few times and the other employee is really genuine and as helpful as the manager. It's a sales driven service/small niche of product type business, like all of them. But no pressure felt at all. It was more like a helpful friend.
