Go away this season we switched to diamond for our landscape needs and weekly mowing. They have been reliable, easy to communicate with and do a very good job. We don’t get “extra” Charges as edging, weeding, basic pruning and mowing are all part of their basic package.Services: Mulching

We had new landscaping installed in our front yard, old mulch removed and new mulch installed all around our property. Karen was great in communicating with us and referring us to her “go to people” (who were also great to work with) to assist in completing our project. Everyone was responsive and reliable. The price given for the work done was also reasonable. Karen was on site each day to make sure the work done was to our satisfaction and address any issues. Great experience! Diamond Lawn Care Services is extremely easy to work with. They listen very carefully to exactly what we wanted. They are extremely professional and executed all phases of our garden to perfection. What really made a huge difference was the irrigation system that they implemented. Every planting had its own drip line. Watering the many plants in our garden is simple as can be. We will recommend Diamond Lawn Care Services to all our friends and neighbors.

I paid diamond prices for a bronze lawn (at best). The sod was already dead upon installation, so it’s a miracle I see any green at this point. Rocks were left all over my yard, and the installers sat in their truck for an hour before “installing” my new landscaping, sod and mulch. (I put installing in quotes, as multiple neighbors reported their unprofessionalism as they were throwing sod and mulch at each other.) I was okay with the landscaping initially, but the more I sit outside and look at my lawn, the more I realize all the issues that exist AFTER hiring them. I believe I was taken advantage of on such a small project, and I would heavily advise anyone else against using them. I’ve since hired a new landscaper, and he is already doing four times the job Diamond Lawn Care Services could ever provide - at a quarter of the price.Edited (6/13/2022): I see your response to my initial review, which definitely differs from your email response where you requested I change my review from 1-star to “accurately reflect what happened.” If I were to change it, I’d give you zero stars; however, I cannot do that. My only intent was to warn other homeowners of the way you do business, which I feel is dishonest and beyond subpar. You proved that point even further when you decided to email me requesting a change in your review. How would that be honest? That alone shows me I should’ve never used your services in the first place, and I’m a bit disgusted (not shocked) you would ask me to lie on a review for your business.Services: Lawn mowing & maintenance

I've used Diamond for several years. They are wonderful. Very responsive and extremely knowledgeable. My lawn and shrubs are 16 years old, but look wonderful. They have mulched all my beds and planted beautiful perennials. I'm constantly getting compliments on my landscaping. I told Karen to treat my lawn as if it were her own and she does. Karen and Mike showed the day after I spoke to them and had the crew in the next day. They did AMAZING work and within 72 hours were complete. It is the most complete andcomprehensive presentation that I have ever experienced.The crew is on time, hardworking, knowledgeable and polite.They left my property pristine.
