I recently started taking our mini Goldendoodle to Linda after a few other places disappointed me for various reasons. She does a great job and I appreciate that she takes her time on our anxious pup. I enjoy the fact that she has one dog at a time and she's very good at cutting and trimming Winnie's fur. She's also very close to my work which makes it very convenient. She's fair with her prices and doesn't try to upsell anything extra or unnecessary. Though Winnie gets nervous, they both do a great job together! 🐾🐾🐩

I took my puppy in for her first grooming! Staff was friendly! She was done beautifully! We will be back!! Thank you so much!

I recently left a one-star review for this dog grooming service due to my negative experience with the service and the rudeness of the staff. I received a private message from a staff member accusing me of not being a customer and questioning the validity of my review. I want to clarify that I did visit this groomer and my review reflects my genuine experience. It’s disappointing to be questioned and accused rather than addressing the concerns raised. Transparency and respectful communication are essential for resolving issues and improving customer service

I have been there twice with my dogs and she does wonderful work

If I could give a negative star I would! This place was not only unprofessional but my dog came back wet and with a rash that is now causing significant discomfort. We trust places with our fur babies to help them feel their best. My dog came out with an infection and I have a huge medical bill. Do not bring your pet here.

Originally this was a no worded review. But since the owners unhinged reply I will share my side. I sent over my info and asked some questions on a Tuesday. She left my text on read then messaged me back two days later without answering my question. If you don’t want to get two more clients that’s fine. But leaving people on read for two days the messaging me with out even saying good morning at 7am. Yeah I’m glad I’m not going to you for my pets. Your response here and with other reviews are completely unhinged. This isn’t about your quality of work but rather your work ethic and how you speak to people. Good luck with your business but leave me alone you won’t be getting my business and that’s fine. No need to keep going

I never had a problem coming here I actually trusted and liked this place a lot. I had brought my dog there for years since she was a puppy. This past weekend it was ruined for me, I had a family emergency that was devastating and was not near my phone. Because of this the owner took it upon herself to not check her documents to see if an agreement was signed and unauthorized charged my card since I never signed an agreement stating that she could keep my card on file or charge it. You would think that after years of coming here something like a family emergency would be seen as something that I had no control over but she didn’t see it that way. I will no longer be coming back to this establishment and it’s sad cause good groomers are hard to find.

Merry unprofessional. She asks you to sign a contract regarding that she asked no responsibility if something happens to your pet.She gave a very bad uneven haircut. Do n ot go to this place. It is just Awful

I recently scheduled an appointment at A Decked Out Pet grooming place for my cat's grooming needs. Being 9 months pregnant, I made a considerable effort to wake up early at 7:30am for 9:00am appointment. Unfortunately, my experience was nothing short of a disappointment.Upon my and my husband's arrival, we were shocked to find the place closed, despite their advertised opening hours of 9am at the door. To add to our frustration, our attempts to contact both the groomer and the owner went unanswered - no replies to calls or texts. We waited patiently for 30 minutes, hoping someone would show up to open the place, but to no avail.What's particularly disheartening is that there was no proactive communication regarding any changes to our appointment. No one bothered to inform us, which resulted in a complete waste of our time and added unnecessary stress for our cat.This lack of professionalism and disregard for customer time is unacceptable. A business that fails to honor appointments and neglects customer communication raises serious concerns about their reliability. I strongly caution others against relying on A Decked Out Pet for their pet grooming needs based on this experience.

Linda is amazing and always does a wonderful job on my Princess. Unlike other groomers Linda doesn't overbook where the dogs are sitting in the cage for hours on end or being there all day waiting their turn. Always has been 2-3 hours tops since I have been bringing her here. We love A Decked Out Pet! Princess always looke and smells amazing and the products she uses keep her smelling good for a week or two after. I highly recommend her for all your grooming needs! ? ? ?
