I walked into this office and was immediately impressed with how clean and tidy the office was. It was small but it seemed like it was decorated with a personal touch. there was soft music playing and that really helped me relax as i was waiting. Overall it was a good atmosphere to go into for someone who hasn't been to other chiropractors. Dr.DeAlmeida was very personable and really asked good questions to try and figure out where my pain was coming from. He also explained his techniques and equipment in laymen terms so that i could really understand why he was using it and the benefits it would bring. I have never written a review on yelp before. I definitely never thought I would sign up just to write an unfavorable review of a small business. While I appreciate some aspects of this casual atmosphere, I have to say that I agree with the other reviewer that Dr. A was extremely unprofessional. I have never experienced anything quite like it, especially on a first appointment. I wish I had walked out somewhere in the hour that I waited in the waiting room for him to stop chatting his last client. I was too desperate for relief from my pain that I subjected myself to a uncomfortable experience. I have to stop myself from ranting.

Dr. DeAlmeida is an excellent chiropractor who took genuine interest in helping me with my condition. He explained everything he was doing very clearly and made me feel comfortable with the treatment. Most importantly, my back pain was cured in only a couple of visits. I was able to call him whenever I had questions; he remembers all his patients and their conditions in detail. In general, he is also a very friendly person to talk to.
