I can't say enough about how much I enjoyed MaryEllens workshop. This is the second time I have attended and I would do it monthly if it was offered. The combination of yoga nidri along with the sound bowls transports you to a place of extreme relaxation and peace. Since Sunday I have had this feeling of a 1 glass of wine effect that has allowed me to just take life and work in stride with complete peace and confidence.Thank you MaryEllenI will be seeing you soon!Natalie
