Le français suit. I have never known customer service like this! Each person I encountered was polite, professional, and answered any/all my questions. A+ from the moment I walked into store, through site visit, delivery (imagine... Alexandre, my in-store sales rep was part of this team), to installation of propane tank (Beauchemin), to stove installation & instructions on how to use (Guillaume, Philippe, Pierre-Alexandre).
