I highly recommend the St Basile cross fit! The level system ensures that the workouts are for everyone regardless of level. Very motivating to be able to follow your progress so closely! And the skills of the teachers are truly impressive.
Very good supervision from our coach while respecting our abilities. He accompanies us throughout our training period. We experience a very good climate of camaraderie there. Regular communications from Caroline. I highly recommend Cross Fit St-Basile. ?
