Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

The service was pretty good. The initial persom who came out explained the process to me and helped me with the insurance claim. The person who came to snake the line out did a great job of unclogging the main sewer line. I no longer have a backup in my lines. The guys who came out to clean out the basement were very professional and removed what needed to be removed. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because after the work was done, I can't seem to get someone out with the camera to check the pipes to make sure it's fully clean and people don't seem to respond or call back. Justin came out very quickly and even the supervisor called me beforehand to touch base with me. This was on a Sunday night at 11pm so I really appreciate the sense of urgency. He managed to address our issue and this is now the 2nd time I have used Roto rooter and will continue to be my go to plumber(hopefully not anytime soon lol) thank you

Harry was incredibly friendly, professional, and clearly knowledgeable. He came in & was able to explain to me what the issue was & talked me through his process. An absolutely overall fantastic experience! Can I request Harry to come out for all of my plumbing services in the future? Thanks again!!
