Had a window broken during one of the many windstorms this spring, went to a local glass shop, they specialize in glass showers not windows. Uncle bob's was kind enough to recommend R&R, I called, brought the window over , normally a morning drop would be ready that afternoon. The in house repair guy was on an emergency house call, so mine wouldn't be ready until next afternoon. Got a call that evening, will be ready for pick up 8: AM. Did I mention the opening at my house was during the recent heatwave. Had the window back in place by 10 AM. Very professional work was done fixing our master bedroom window last year. High quality work at a very competitive price.Interestingly, last year we had a yellow jacket infestation - the guy from the pest control company actually recommended R & R for any glass/window issues.After the work was done, I was going through the folders my Dad left us (he passed away in 2022) for work done around the house containing receipts and information on previous contractors with whom he hired. Fantastic customer service. Quick turn around. Super nice to deal with on the phone and at the office.I needed a simple pane of glass cut for a vintage camper restoration project I've been working on. I had originally ordered through a different local glass shop who then proceeded to give me the run around for a week and a half. After I canceled my order with the first place and called Judy at R&R I had my glass in my hand the next day. Make R&R your first call.
