    I really really don’t typically write bad reviews and seeming from the previous reviews i just had a bad experience that might not be indicative of a typical experience at the store. However, a number of things went wrong. My nail tech was 30 minutes behind schedule and i received no compensation for her being half an hour late nor was i offered a drink. My nail tech apparently had to leave at a specific time so everything was rushed. When i asked if she had time to do a design she said she did have time. But it is very clear from the final product that everyone was rushed. There’s paint on my cuticle and finger, airbubbles in my nails, and my nails are not filed well. From afar my nails look decent but up close you can really tell things are off. I wish she would have told me that she didnt have time for a design instead of rushing everything and then charing me an extra 20 dollars. These nails amd my experience are not worth 90 DOLLARS. Really disappointed in my experience, will not be back. But hoping it is better for other folks

    My nail artist was Paige and they turned out great! Very quick and efficient. Staff is super friendly.

    I have been going to Lala's since they opened the Penn Ave. location and I will never go to another nail salon! Everyone there is so welcoming and friendly. I'm currently booking with Julia and her quality is untouchable! I love my super sharp stiletto nails and she has perfected the shape! I've also gotten pedicures here and they are always so relaxing. The salon is always kept clean and organized, it's obvious sanitary practices are being followed. Long story short...I highly recommend Lala's Salon!! ?Services: Acrylic nails

    I have been getting my nails done at LaLas since October and have nothing but great things to say! The business is CLEAN from their surfaces to the air and is a beautiful setting to get a little R&R each month. Paige is so sweet and always makes sure I get the perfect color and shape even with my stubby short nails. Can't wait to come in again soon!

    I had the pleasure of Natalie being my nail tech. I had no idea what I wanted other than a color. She worked her magic and the finished product was more than I could have asked for! Thank you for top notch service. Can’t wait to come back!

    Completely unprofessional! Promises appointments and then gives them to someone else without notice.Arrogant and unappreciative of customers. Maybe they need to lose money to realize the value of loyal customers and that they should be treated respectfully.

    I had nothing but high hopes for Lala's Salon and Spa as I've heard pretty good things about it from friends. So I booked an appointment to get a gel manicure before I was a bridesmaid in my friends wedding. The manicure itself was great. However, the next day the gel polish became discolored. Unfortunately, I was out of town and unable to schedule an appointment before the wedding to get them fixed. Upon my return I emailed the salon (within 5 days - apparently that's their policy) regarding the issue and was told it was no problem and to book a color change under the impression this would be a free service. I booked the color change and showed up at the salon and was told I would have to pay $25 for the color change service. I was unwilling to do this as the discoloration was not my fault and I reported within their policy timeframe. I left without the service and then was charged the $25 anyway for a "no-show, cancellation". So not only do my nails still look horrible, I was charged an extra $25 too. Do. Not. Recommend.
