I previously went to an entirely different salon and I received the worst haircut of my life.. I walked into this BoRics and explained what happened and Gina jumped right up and wanted to see my hair, she said she could help me fix this cut and offered to help. When I tell you this woman changed my whole day with her kindness and her skill that I walked out swinging my hair back and forth! She reshaped that horrendous cut of mine and styled it for me and gave me some tips and tricks to style the way she did. Bless! Everyone is so fun and friendly as soon as I walk in. My shout out goes to Caitlyn (forgive me if I spelt it wrong, I can't find your card) you have saved my hair multiple times now. Every time I walk out I feel like a new person and I love it. Thank you for listening to me and also for taking the lead when it comes to my uncooperative hair (you know)!
