I come here very often, they always do a great job. It starts Asian style, through a blanket or sheet, to get a really good grip on you knots and progresses into Swedish style with oil. If you have tight muscles and pain, this is the place to go. As others mentioned, the massage therapist do sometimes leave the room or answer a call, but they always make up the time and go over the timer. It's 50 dollars for 60 minutes or 70 dollars for 90 minutes. The value is incredible and they always get me in as a walk in. This review is after giving 4 good chances. Customer service-wise they're pretty good. Regarding the actual message....not so much. My experience summed up 1. I was cold majority of the massage. The lotion application is cold and not warmed upon application beyond rubbing between her hands for a moment. Then she used a warmly damp towel that quickly cooled by time it was rubbed on my other arm (she wipes both arms and both legs). Now imagine cold lotion, cold, damp towel and the AC). I couldn't wait to get outside in the humidity. 2. After complaining about being cold (lol I know right), the hot stones that were applied were so hot!!!!! Like way hot! 3. I have been going to this massage spa since the first week it opened in 2016. The foot reflexology is great and I like how you get a private space for 1 or 2 people. I also go for a massage to help with my sciatica nerve and they help a lot. Very clean and friendly and you can't beat an hour massage for $49. There is also parking right in front.
