Greg was courteous and professional when he came to assess our roofing issue. He showed us photos and video of the current roof and explained the way forward in addressing the problems. His estimate was timely and the pricing was more than fair. His crew were respectful to us and took care to maintain our property. We were shown photos of the completed work and we were very pleased with the outcome. We used Greg in the past and he did a good job, even though his response time was typically not great and he was often difficult to reach. We recently needed a roof and siding job done, after multiple attempts he finally came out to see it, and told me that he would send an estimate by the next day. It's now been almost a month, I've tried calling and texting him multiple times and he is just completely ignoring me. This is a terrible way to do business, if he's not interested in the job, or is too busy, he should just let us know instead of ignoring us over and over again.
