Sean did a great job setting up my Ring lights. He needed to get a longer ladder for the second one, but paused the clock until he got the ladder and was able to start the work again without being charged for that lost time. So far, I’ve had 3 different jobs that I had done by Mr Handyman and I’ve been happy with each.
I had a long standing Front Entrance door problem. We had many other vendors come try to get this fixed. Mr Handyman team carefully looked at the issues and we able to resolve the problem. They really made every effort to find the best way to resolve. They did it with the utmost professionalism and skill. Highly recommend!
We had a small leak where our laundry room vent is after a heavy rain on Monday July 28, 2025. Our house is only 4 years & 10 months old, but these things can happen, water was dripping out and of the vent. Marco came over the very next day at 8:00am on time, after I called Jim on Tuesday July 29, 2025. Very, very prompt service which I appreciated! He said the roof was fine, no cap leak but possible leakage around vent on roof. Marco applied new sealant. I waited to give a review because I wanted to see what happened when it rained again.
