I don’t understand the point of online check in if they don’t take you before those who don’t check in online. Isn’t that the point?
The app said 17 minute wait. I reserved my spot and showed up a couple minutes early. And they took four people before me that had not checked in. Terrible customer service and they may as well do away with online check in

I've been using this location for 3 years but the last 2 times I've gone in there's been issues. Dull clippers pulling hair and leaving long spots that I saw after it dried and I had to go back in for a fix it cut. Then today I'm turned away 18 minutes before closing and given a bogus answer when I asked why. If the store closes at 6 o'clock then you take customers until then. I'm done patronizing a business that does a poor job at what they do and refuses customers. This location constantly has a new manager and today's visit sealed the deal with not coming back. I'll drive 15 minutes to a different location or just go to Supercuts. I always tipped well for an easy 10 minute cut and now someone else will get that business and tip.

It's ok. I would say average. We stopped going here as a family of 5 because of the embarrassing comments the stylist said about our 11 year old daughter. She suffers from severe psoriasis which is not just on her body but also in her scalp. Especially down the middle of her hairline. The stylist began picking through her hair and began making remarks for the whole store to hear about how our daughter has lice. And then had our other kids get off the chairs and told us that since our middle had lice they can't continue to cut the hair of anyone. We tried to explain to her that it wasn't lice but skin flakes. Our 11 year old began to break down crying thinking something was wrong with her. Her psoriasis was already an emotional and touchy issue for her, and now lice! We had our kids examined by our family doctor and school nurse and it wasn't lice, but psoriasis flakes in her scalp. We haven't been back as a family since.

I always go to barber shops, but my work schedule was busy. They can't mess up just shaving the sides, right? Wrong. Not only did the stylist leave some hairs intact on the side that should've been trimmed, but she started cutting my bangs without my consent! She easily cut like half of them off when all I asked was for her to shave the sides. Never again.

I don't want to say anything bad so this is more of a suggestion to the stylists. I have long wavey hair to the middle of my back. Today when I came in the stylist had to be told to wet my hair multiple times prior to doing it. I mentioned that I had the windows down so my hair was messed up, he still didn't wet it and brush it. He was cutting within a minute of me sitting in the chair. My hair was far from straight when he was finished but I did find another salon to fix it. He was 100% nice but I think the lack of experience with long hair may be to blame.

I’ve been getting my haircut here for 3 years, and haven’t had an issue. I would come in and have Britt cut my hair every two weeks like clockwork. When she left, I tried out a new person, and they are FANTASTIC. They are attentive and takes great pride in their work. The manager, Lisa, I can not say the same for. Hence the one star review. My first time in with her there as manager, she talked down on my style of cut. I also heard she talked smack about me personally. Her attitude is unbecoming of a manager, or even just someone in a customer service position. She creates a tension that is easily felt by customers and employees alike. At this point this one stylist is the ONLY reason I continue to go here. If they leave, so will I. That will be the second amazing stylist they will have lost because of management, Britt being the other.

Amazing staff and completely fixed my hair after a nightmare of a shop hacked it up... I couldn't be more happy with the end results. I WILL be returning again for a touch up

Got my haircut at the Lewisburg location and I have got to say, this was the worst haircut I have ever gotten. The haircut was very fast (less than 10 minutes) and the hairdresser asked how I wore my hair and then proceeded to give me a comb over (not even close to how I wear my hair). Never coming back.Service: Haircut

They remembered my hair cut preference and confirmed before if I wanted to change anything before they cut my hair. The barberess was very good at her job and entertained me with great conversation! Will keep coming back.
