Went to Debbie's for about a year and had my hair done by Bri. Was referred in by a friend. Liked the color she did but was truly disappointed, after all the times going to Bri , regardless of doing hair and tipping almost 50% every time it ended very poorly. I went in for my appointment, was never notified she was over an hour behind. Made it very clear that I had to get in no later than 5 ( my apt time) due to having two puppies to come home and let out. Bri takes anywhere from 3-4 hours to color hair. After mentioning that I couldn't wait any longer and was very disappointed I got up and left without any word or apology. Customer service is everything to me. Very disappointing...read full review
