I went to get my hair highlighted and it didn't turn out quite the way I had hoped. I called in and they agreed to helpgive me the color I was looking for. They listened to my needs and fixed it quickly. It looks great!! I couldn't be happier with their patience and service.

If you're a walk in you should double check if the stylist doing your hair costs "extra". Some stylists cost more than the list prices because of their expertise and training even if you only want the basics. So it can be a surprise when the cost is more than you expected. (To be honest, you need to be firm and clear about what you want. I'm often too quiet and am usually disappointed with the results)

The customer service is always great, very friendly and personable! The stylists are always amazing and make me look fabulous every time! And they are very patient with my pickiness about my eyebrows! Highly recommend, especially if Tia or Elana are available!
