It was a great experience working with Bob and his staff Dave and Kelly. Very professional, efficient, knowledgeable about carpet, timely response and a pleasure to do business.I had several area rugs cleaned in the past by professional carpet companies that came to the house and steamed cleaned the rugs but the rugs never seemed clean; the rugs stayed damp for hours, seemed stiff with lingering dirt and stains were still obvious.Bob and his team removed the rugs, cleaned them at their factory and returned them a couple weeks later. Excellent service! Extremely knowledgeable, courteous, professional. Worth EVERY dollar! Bob and his assistant are the perfect blend of personable & professional. A treasure of a find. Will continue to use them as long as they are in business. I have known & admired their work for over a decade and finally called them as a first time customer and was so glad I did! I have been grinning from ear to ear since they were here! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Side note: We had a "snafu" with the main water source and Bob immediately went into action with an alternative plan to get the job done so as to complete the service!
