I'll be a new owner soon and was a bit confused on some items. The gentleman that answered my call was nothing but professional. He was able to give me all the information I need and really make me feel easy on the process and Tesla ownership.All this is new to me and he was so nice. Really can't wait to bring my car here.

I have now used this service center twice since owning my 2021 Tesla. The staff was simply amazing. They provided me with a room and internet while waiting for service. In both cases I ended paying $0 due to their expertise in diagnosing my issue. I have another appointment scheduled and am very confident it will be as good as the first two, no doubt no charge again for their service. I can't recommend this service station enough. Had an issue with a battery pack. Mark was awesome. He explained how everything works and updated me throughout my repair progress. Awesome communication and no complaints at all. This is my 2nd time dealing with Tesla Lancaster and would refer anyone within driving range to go here for any issues under warranty or not.Service: General repairs & maintenance
