My nails always look nice and it is a reasonably priced salon. I haven't been disappointed. The staff has been so kind to me, which is really great. They always have people coming in for brow waxes also. The place is a little dated and small but my bails always look great!

Mixed bag. Will we return? Yes. They got us in last minute for two pedicures. The man who did them was insanely nice, we really liked him and we go back based on his attitude and demeanor alone. Prices are in line with other places, $55. They didn't pull on your skin or dig like some other places do, which sometimes hurts me. They did a good job with the paint job and clipping my nails, but my biggest complaints are that one person was doing both of our pedicures, and they only use the purple scrubber, not the metal scrubbers that really are much more efficient to getting all the dry skin off your feet. We will go again, but I definitely would rather set an appointment and have two pedicures going simultaneously, as well as have better removal of dead or dry skin on our feet. Everything else was OK though.

When I first moved to Lancaster, this was my shop. I used to love it. But realize every week they change the price. I got my natural nails done. Gina charged me $55 for a natural nail like what fake nails cost more. It wasn't pleasant at all, a very terrible place. I did not like my nails. When I asked them to clean around my nails, she said $5 extra tf.Services: Manicure

I had an appointment for 5 o'clock they didn't sit me down to work on my nails until 545. There was so many people in there. They people were yelling and taking shots. If was a very uncomfortable environment. Once they did my nails if was real fast and they turned out amazing. I would not recommend this place.

I used to go to this nail salon every time I needed my nails and toes done and every once in a while because Gina is the best but over the years I think they lost some heart. I think it's because a lot of people don't appreciate what they did for people at no extra cost. Gina and Ben are great they both do a phenomenal job when they aren't distracted constantly. I know with the covid going on that trying to service everyone to keep business going is important but the customer in front of you should be taken care of first. I love this place I just wish they had proper help

Where do I begin? This was my first time visiting this nail salon, and I must say I wasn't pleased. I did not like that they did not have the samples of colors on the rings like every other nail salon. I literally had to stand there and open each nail bottle to check out the color. I told the lady doing my nails to not file my nails down to much and she pretty much did. I got a eyebrow wax it looked like it was never done. They were so many stubs left behind. When getting my pedicure the lady put hand soap in the water (which made me lose my mind.)That is not what your suppose to put in the water for a pedi. Lol I am trying to find something good that I liked about visiting this place...... They were very nice ! That's it. When entering they definitely need an update. The rugs were dirty it just felt off to me. But the end result my nails came out ok.
