Only (minor, minor, minor) issue- they require a call to confirm the visit the day of the scheduled appointment. Somehow, when you book an appointment online (for a specified day/time) it is confirmed and an email is sent. Caution: if you don't respond to their call the day of the appointment, they will NOT dispatch the technician/plumber. We came home last week after running to the store to find that our powder room and laundry room was stopped up. We called Roto-Rooter and they came out within an hour. We had a great experience with them over 10 years ago and this was great too! Steve came out and worked diligently to get the clog taken care of. We would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter and their great service!
After calling 4 other services, Roto-Rooter was the only one able to come out promptly to take care of my flooded basement. Their service was outstanding from remediation to replacing my sump pump to documenting and removing damaged items to submitting appropriate pictures and documents to my insurance company. Very professional, knowledgeable team and their pricing for everything was more than competitive and reasonable. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
