Contacted the listing agent Jen over a week ago to make her aware that whomever was handling grass maintenance at one of her properties left huge clumps of grass in my neighbors yard and mud/grass thrown all over her white vinyl privacy fence. She honestly acted like she could care less and was rather abrupt in our conversation. I get that things happen but seriously if a realty company is utilizing a grass maintenance company and said maintenance company cannot see that the job they did is less than acceptable you would think that this matter would be taken care of in a timely manner. Reva was amazing! She worked with us from from January 3rd until March 16th when we finally closed on our first house. I’m sure I was a bit of a pain to work with, but who isn’t when making such a life changing investment! Reva was extremely knowledgeable, honest, and motivated to help me as a buyer. I will certainly recommend her to any of my friends and family when buying or selling their homes. A+++
