Christine is amazing always amazes me with my color that I'm looking for, if your hair is dry because of winter get yourself a deep conditioning treatment felt 100% better I couldn't believe it. She's so great at doing perms as well got the perfect curl I was looking for. I will always go to Christine.

I got my hair cut by Kelsey today. It has been a long time since my last hair cut! She did a great job and did exactly as I asked. She was friendly and accurate in making sure everything cut was straight. I will definitely book with her for all my future cuts.

I have recently started coming to Cost Cutters on East 38th St. Christine does a fantastic job and has given me the best hair cut I have ever had in my 50+ years. They are very reasonably priced. 5 stars, check them out, you won’t be sorry.
