This place gave me contact dermatitis. They do not sanitize some of the tools between uses, they don’t cure the gel for long enough, and they go way too fast. I tried to ask the person doing my nails about why they weren’t fully curing the gel and they basically pretended they couldn’t hear me. They also didn’t soak off my gel I already had. Instead they used the drill so when the gel was curing, my fingernails were on fire. I tried to ask about that too and they said nothing. My fingertips are swollen and peeling and I had to go to the emergency room because the pain and inflammation was so bad. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!

First time here—gel manicure. in and out in 20 minutes. Nice work by Bobby. Mediocre shoulder massage, no hand massage. Friendly and clean salon. Fair price.

Very disappointing. I came here for the first time for my first dip manicure with tips about 6 weeks ago. Being it was my first time I had no idea what to expect other than the information on dip manicures I had looked up online. I pointed out several flaws a they were working on my nails and they did fix it but there were so many flaws I started thinking okay, this must be what dip powder looks like and stopped asking. I honestly trusted them. I left with thick, uneven bumpy nails. I thought it was the dip procces and thought it just wasn't for me. I was used to acrylic and this must be different.
When leaving I did inquire about what the price would be next time, was it a refill like acrylic and would it be less expensive? I felt like this was a standard question....as my nails would have grown at that point so no tips needed. I was told very rudely that no it would not be less expensive.
My nails were falling off about a week and a half after.
Gave another salon a try and turns out that it was not the dip powder it was the manicurist. Also turns out that it was less expensive the second time because I did not need tips.
I was taken advantage of because it was my first dip powder manicure and didn't know better. Very disheartening.

This salon was great when it first opened but not anymore. Every time we get pedicures, the process is extremely rushed. They’re moving so quickly that usually they’re extremely rough with your feet and the experience is anything but relaxing. The whole process makes you feel like you’re just a quick buck, and they want to get your services done ASAP so they can move to the next person. Not to mention that when they hand you the menu for you to pick your pedicure scent, they always flip to the page where you're choosing from $67 pedicures. Will not be coming back here again.

I have gone here for 2 years now. Thank you to Kay my nails and toes are perfect every time! She gives detailed attention to the massages, and knows exactly what I want. She is patient and works so very hard. Her gifts and talents are appreciated! If you can’t get with Kay, Peter is also very similar! Thank you Kay for making me feel relaxed, stress free, and beautiful every time. ❤️

Mostly great experience, but be sure to book an appointment with someone that is recommended. Not all techs are on the same skill level. Erica is wonderful!

The service is ridiculous, all they want to upsell stuff to you. My daughter just wanted regular pedicure which was 28$ in their menu/price list says includes brushing, cuticle removal, scrubbing, the guy told her that he can't do it without selling her en exta massage, He didn't even fill the sink with water to soak her feet. So end up paying $45.

I’ve been coming here on and off for about 4 years now and I’ve had some good experiences. However, the quality of service varies greatly depending on which technician you get. In general, if you’re looking for a pedicure or a basic manicure you’ll be just fine with anyone. If you’re getting acrylics, dip, builder gel, or regular gel, it could either be decent or really bad. I had the worst experience with dip out of them all. It lasted no more than 3 days, there were little spots or particles or something contaminating every single color I got, and after a few days large chunks chipped off doing practically nothing. The other reviews are consistent with my experience regarding over filing. I’ve been cut most times I’ve been here and the files don’t get replaced between clients. I’ve bled on files and seen them get used on other people. Every time I get my acrylics taken off it takes months for my nails to feel healthy and strong again. The other reviews are also consistant with the feeling of being rushed. Every time I’m there picking out a color they watch you like some kind of prey waiting for you to be done so they can swoop in. While the service is being performed they are constantly looking at a clock or at other clients coming in, almost like they’re racing someone else or being timed. Again this is not the case with every technician, but the majority in my experience. Overall, I don’t think the experience or the quality of service is worth the higher than average price. I gave 2 stars because I have had a few good experiences here, and if you get a good technician you will have a good experience. However, I will probably look elsewhere in the future.

I didn't want to do this but I'm dealing with what they did to my nails weeks later. I had a gel mani (not at imagine) just before christmas, and went to nail imagine to have the gel removed a few days after NYE. they asked multiple times if I was getting a gel mani after removal and seemed annoyed when I kept saying no. I sat down with a tech, didn't get the name but I believe he's one of the only men working there. He filed the tops of my nails down so severely that as of today, 24jan, I'm still dealing with the damage and waiting for my nails to grow out. They were filed down so thin I actually could feel pain to gentle touch on top of the nail on 2 fingers (meaning he almost filed all the way to my skin). Since then bc they are so thin they peel, split, and break as soon as they grow beyond the bed and sometimes before. Even my thumb nail broke. I have never had this happen with a removal-I would have been exponentially been better off peeling them off myself for free. You can see the line of demarcation in the pictures of fresh nail vs damaged. Sorry for the dry cuticles, I didn't want to do anything to hide how bad they are. This is the longest they've been since that day, and each one bends at the slightest pressure. I'm giving a second star because I've been there before without issues, they do ok work for an ok price normally.
