Marcus helped me out by taking a look at my PC. It was my first build ever and the second I ran into issues I panicked. He double checked everything and went the extra mile to ensure all of my concerns were addressed, and that everything was running properly.

Just got off the phone with the technician. I had several questions about a printer that had stopped working but it was unable to fix on my own. The tech – – sorry can’t remember his name – – gladly and openly shared his advice and ended up saving us money with his recommendations. Will definitely go back to these guys when we need repairs. Marcus was amazing! I was certain I had fried my laptop's motherboard and came in desperate for a data recovery effort. Marcus took it in the back and within 5 minutes had it on and working fine! He even showed me how to fix it myself in the unfortunate event I repeat my mistake. I 100% would return here. Very friendly service to boot!
