Jim and his wife are so kind and generous. They went out of their way to make a spot for me today. He has been in salem for decades and is definitely one of the best in town. It's a no-nonsense barber shop; he only does cuts and he's a perfectionist. My cost was $21 for a modern military cut. Make an appointment. You won't be disappointed.
