I have been going to Jen for about five years. She is a master at facials and waxing. She educates me on skin care and skin care products and always makes me feel special. Her facials are as relaxing as a massage. It is always a treat for me to visit her! Highly recommended.

I was extremely pleased with my appointment at ZenJens. Jen was very professional and friendly, and explained every step of the process along the way. The space is very relaxed with soft lighting, exactly what I look for in a spa/salon. I also appreciated Jen's focus on natural products. I recommend Jen 100%.

I happened to have a long layover in downtown PDX a few months ago and decided to get my fuzzy face waxed. I Yelped around, found ZenJen's, decided to give her a try despite the lack of reviews. Smart move - really glad I did! Jen was on time, very friendly and personable, and her studio was immaculate. Her giant chair was almost as cool as Dr. Evil's, and her personality was lovely. We talked a bit about the incredible sun damage on my face and she suggested I try some of her lavender jojoba facial serum. I wasn't too keen on purchasing anymore skin products but I was totally delighted when she offered to let me have a vial as her gift! I work in a very low humidity...read full review
