Synergy behavior solutions has absolutely been amazing in the beginning we were so hesitant to start our Hank on any sort of medication but after having a very good first consult with them weighing all the options and what we needed for Hank to be successful we have had a roller coaster ride with Hank and we still have moments but with very strict management now he is doing very well at the moment I do believe it’s been about 6 yrs of Hank seeing synergy and I can say without a doubt in my mind if we did not have Dr. Vali and the synergy behavior solutions team working with us Hank wouldn’t be here with us today they are exceptional and amazing and Greatly appreciate... read full review

We love Synergy - the staff is fantastic and I’ve seen dramatic improvement with my girl. My younger dog started showing signs of reactivity around a year old that progressively got worse. I finally came around to the fact that she needs behavior mod. I didn’t really know what behavior mod was when I first started and that it worked in conjunction with medication. I was not a fan of the idea of drugging my dog and Dr. Valli was really patient as she talked through what that looks like. I luckily have Trupanion and had added on the comprehensive care rider, they have also been amazing at covering everything related to behavior mod - training classes through synergy,... read full review

Dr. Froelich is amazing! She taught our clinic all about fear free dog handling. We had a very reactive dog come in and tried to bite us. Because we were empowered with the knowledge from Dr Froelich, we were able to get the client on board with the muzzle initiative and by the end of a series of visits, the dog was so happy to be here he didn't want to leave. He was his tail and gets excited to see his muzzle. Thanks so much!
