Ally is the best hairdresser I’ve ever had. Hands down. So skilled. She ruined me because she does such a good job that I couldn’t ever have anyone else do my hair. Besides being so skilled she is also sweet and funny and charismatic and professional. If you are lucky to snag an appointment with Ally-take it!

Love Salon 202. Tera has been my stylist for years and she really listens to my thoughts, and discusses what works best with my hair type. So appreciate that we are a team on keeping my hair healthy.

I am a huge fan of this salon and all the women who work here! Danielle has cut and colored my hair for years, and I get so many compliments on her work. More than that, she is a high quality person, compassionate, fun, & hard-working -- and she always makes me laugh.The salon is cute, prompt, and very Covid-safe. Over the years, family members have worked with Kelsey, Nancy, & Erin as well and we are always happy customers. Could not recommend more highly!

Oh boy... where do I begin? I called the shop Monday morning desperate for a color and trim appointment for Tuesday. Hoping there might be some chance there was an opening for the next day, but I could have sworn that the receptionist said there was nothing Tuesday but that Erin had availability Wednesday either at 2 or 6:30. I could swear on my sons life that the receptionist told me there was absolutely nothing on Tuesday. However I got a text from with confirmation which did say Tuesday 6:30. This was a HUGE misunderstanding on my part as a customer (which happens because to err is to be human). With that said, I thought for sure it was Wednesday so I put it on my calendar as Wednesday at 6:30 and told my husband repeatedly to be home by 6 on Wednesday so I could make my appointment. Early today (Tuesday) I get a text from Erin saying that the 5 o'clock cancelled and if I could come in. It never stated in the text as today or tomorrow so I assumed it was for the appointment I had saved in my phone as I thought for Wednesday. I told her I couldn't because my husband wouldn't be home by that time. And she said it was fine. Come 6:55 PM Tuesday night and I get a call from Erin who is FUMING on the other end. I understand why she was upset, she waited for me to come and had a gap from 5 until I was supposed to come. When she angrily stated "ARE YOU STILL COMING?!" My first response was confusion then apologies "I am so sorry, my husband came back late (actually he came back when he was supposed to because it wasn't Wednesday)" I quickly checked my phone and saw the appointment set for tomorrow. At this point Erin is screaming at me, legit SCREAMING at me. "YOU CONFIRMED" she shouted (my husband heard everything through the phone which wasn't on speaker. Me in a apologetic calm voice yes but because the appointment was for Wednesday. As I kept trying to explain that the person who booked my appointment told me there was nothing available Tuesday she kept screaming at me that she texted me and the text said "today" which it didn't. The last part of the call was most alarming as she said "I CAN NEVER DO YOUR HAIR IF YOU COME IN. HAVE A GREAT HOLIDAY!!" And then hung up on me. My mother is a hairstylist and there have been some amazing things I witnessed that were so beyond rude from the customer but my mom always handled the situation with grace. She never banned a customer for missing an appointment. So I'm utterly shocked at the treatment as a customer I had with Erin. This was so highly unprofessional because honestly i thought it was a Wednesday appointment. I am not one to miss an appointment so this behavior from a supposed professional is so amazingly shocking to me. I won't be recommending this salon to friends in the future and the friend that does go there I will be sharing this experience. I wholly understand Erin's frustration but her lack of professionalism is unacceptable.
