We had a wonderful experience working with Prestige to overcome some difficult problems in our yard. The solutions We came up with and the execution was all wonderful in the end and we’re thrilled with our end product! The team was great to work with, they were always professional and had great attention to detail, and they were timely and efficient.
Braiden, Will, and their team at Prestige did a fantastic job installing an aluminum louvered pergola at our house in NE Portland. Communication throughout the process was prompt, clear, and focused on getting the project right. They were flexible on our timing and worked to get a team here when we needed them.
Their on-site team was extremely professional and courteous. They worked through some unforeseen problems (columns arriving from the manufacturer slightly damaged, some site-specific alignment issues) with creativity to deliver a solution on schedule without the delay of waiting on the manufacturer to fix the problem. We contracted Prestige for a fence replacement and a full yard hardscaping with irrigation system. The team came in and quickly and professionally proceeded with the excavation and plan for pathways, grading and the new fence with arbor. They did a tremendous job even with a few changes we asked for and came in on time on budget with high quality work. 5 stars well deserved.
