I didn't use their service, but I called and spoke with Ariel and he answered the questions and concerns I had about a wasp nest in my attic. I really appreciate his service and willingness to answer questions even though I don't live in Portland.12-14-22 Update:The wasp nest wasn't dying out so I called and spoke with Ariel and he very patiently answered my questions once again even though I live in the Seattle area. He gave very detailed information about the nest and the lifecycle of the bees, so that I was better informed. The guys were able to come out within a couple of days of my initial request. We had a nest of yellow jackets in our attic. They hooked up a vacuum at the outside entrance to the nest and the crawled through the attic to remove the nest and yellow jackets. They finished in about 1.5 hours. I would recommend them to anyone who has wasp, bee, or yellow jacket issues.

Ariel & Roby were an absolute delight to work with. I love it when folks are thoughtful, curious and responsive like the guys at Portland Natural Bee Removal. They explained the process, efficiently removed the wasps, and were even glad to wave and show the nest to their enthusiastic audience (my two littles) who were watching from the safety of the window. I've been trying to make my front yard pollinator friendly, so I wanted to ensure that removing the yellow jackets from the retaining wall next to the swing set was going to be safe for kiddos and bees alike. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome!
