I don't write reviews nearly as much as some, but Ryan Alvaredes at My Tax Man is not a competant CPA. If you want to be Audited due to stupid omissions, this is your guy! Avoid this incompetant CPA, he will cost you a fortune and makes excuses. He should lose his license and he's also expensive for the JV work! Interestingly, I read his reviews of others and he has nothing good to say about anyone wherever he goes, just s#its on everyone and everything. What a miserable existance of a half pint man

I am appalled at the lack of customer service I received from Ryan at My Tax Man. I called their office to ask a simple tax question and was cut off mid-sentence and asked, "are you a client?" in which I answered that I was not. And he responds with "I can't help you" and hangs up. I immediately call back to ask his name, which he hesitates and states it is Ryan. I told him that it was extremely rude and unprofessional to just hang up on me. And he responds: "it is April 14th; I don't have a second to help anyone who is not a client, and it is rude that you called". I cannot believe that I just had this interaction. Ryan, the individual who runs this business, is incredibly rude. I’m not joking, I would rather overpay on my taxes than utilize his services. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.
