I wish I lived in Portland because Abigail (@sadpuppytattoo) is the absolute coolest artist I've ever met. I've been following her for a while on Instagram and immediately fell in love with her style and flash designs. Luckily they had an open spot on a day I was visiting the area so I quickly snatched it and the rest is history. The tattoo itself... STUNNING. It's my largest one yet and took a little over 2 hours to complete. Abigail did an amazing piece on my thigh and I couldn’t be more excited for it to heal! Abigail was very inviting and made me feel super comfortable especially when I thought I couldn’t handle the pain. I also really appreciated how knowledgeable and open to talk with me about the whole process Abigail was. It definitely made me trust her even more and feel like I made the best possible choice for my first larger piece of work. I hope to work with her again on an even larger piece eventually.

An absolute must! I've gotten tattoos in so many states and overseas on deployment, but this place made it special. The owner and crew are just as happy as the name says! He was pretty honest and upfront about price, pain, and made sure I could handle it before starting in. All on all it was a lovely visit and I can't wait to go back because each artist has a unique style that really makes it hard to choose what to get and from who next! Oh, did I mention they're LGBTQ friendly?
